Authentication of Honeys of Different Floral Origins using HPTLC fingerprinting

A recent collaboration with Dr Locher and Mr Neumann from the University of Western Australia, School of Medicine and Pharmacology, produced a publication which explores the HPTLC fingerprinting of non-sugar constituents for the authentication of Honeys.

The paper examined highly anti-bacterial Jarrah and Marri honeys sourced from Western Australia, different leptospermum-derived Manuka honeys and typical table honey.
