The HPTLC PRO Module APPLICATION is used for application of samples as bands onto HPTLC glass plates. The CAMAG® HPTLC Software visionCATS allows you to prepare several analysis files, which can be used sequentially (Sequence Mode). In this mode, the application of up to 75 samples is supported (on up to five different HPTLC plates).
The HPTLC PRO Module DEVELOPMENT revolutionizes the development step. With the new chamber geometry, this step is performed much faster. The gas phase can be actively circulated during development (conditioning) using a loop system through the conditioning tube, which contains a solvent system of choice, This procedure allows a to further optimize the separation of the target analytes. By using the same solvent system as the developing solvent, the gas phase is regenerated.
The HPTLC PRO Module PLATE STORAGE enables the autonomous operation of the HPTLC PRO SYSTEM. It is essential for sequential development of several plates (Module APPLICATION holds up to 75 samples) by providing the system with clean plates and storing the processed plates during or after analysis.
The HPTLC PRO Module DERIVATIZATION is designed for the fully automatic derivatization of HPTLC glass plates (20 x 10 cm) and combines two steps – high-precision spraying of derivatization reagents and heating of the plate – in a single device. Employing the patented micro-droplet spraying technology, the Module DERIVATIZATION enables maximum homogeneity in applying derivatization reagents. The integrated plate heating unit ensures a uniform heat distribution across the plate.
