Fully automated HPTLC sample analysis and evaluation system for routine quality control
The online ADS systems are so called „closed loop“ dissolution systems. The basic building blocks for an ADS automated online dissolution systems are a dissolution testing instrument, a pumping system for sample transfer, a UV/VIS spectrophotometer with cell changer and the powerful control software package WinDiss ARGUS. The pump can either be a high precision piston pump or a cost effective peristaltic pump.
The PTZ AUTO EZ instruments are the fully-automated tablet disintegration test systems. They are available with 1, 2, 3 and 4 testing stations. The multiple station testing instruments allow independent operation of either basket for the fully automated determination of the exact disintegration time of each tablet in the baskets.
The WHT 3ME instrument is designed to automatically measure the four parameters weight, height, diameter (or length) and hardness for either round or odd shaped tablet forms. It is in full compliance with EP <2.9.8> and USP <1217>. It features unique sample positioning “flaps” for correct orientation of oblongs, caplets or other odd shaped samples in the combined hardness and diameter test station. Having a carousel for sample transport, it can be used with or without an auto batch feeder.
PTF ERA and PTF DR are automated friability testing instruments, available as single or multiple drum apparatus.The tested samples are automatically discharged into individual stainless steel collectors without having to remove the drums from their axis. Using the PTF DR instruments an analytical balance can be connected to the COM port of the PTF DR to perform the weight test prior and after friability testing.
The automated PTG-S4 powder testing system is used to measure the flow behaviour of granules and powders in compliance with the current EP <2.9.36/17> and USP <1174> pharmacopoeia as well as with the international ISO 4324 standards.
