PTB-M is a manual hardness testing instrument for tablets. The instrument is made in strict compliance with the EP <2.9.8> and USP <1217> Pharmacopoeia. PTB-M is very easy to use. Simply place the sample on the testing platform and rotate the knob manually. The jaw will move and force will be applied to the sample. The force is monitored electronically and displayed at the moment of breakage.
The 5 in 1 tablet testing instrument PTB 330 is a dual test mode instrument to measure five different parameters of one sample. Hardness, diameter (or length), thickness, width and the weight of tablets can be determined here. Using the unique fingerprint sensor, logging into the instrument is easier and more secure than ever before. The instrument is made in strict compliance with the EP <2.9.8> and USP <1217> Pharmacopoeia.
The PTB 111E is equipped with a COM port for data transfer and a Pinter port to record the results. The test result is immediately displayed at the LED display of the unit. It offers load cell adjustment and 3-point calibration menus. The instrument meets the latest requirements of the EP <2.9.8> and USP <1217> monographs.
The digital tablet hardness testing instrument PTB 111EP features an integrated protocol printer. It is a dual force mode hardness test apparatus as it can be used for either linear force or linear speed increase while tablet hardness is tested. It offers a multiple point validation procedure for the built-in digital load cell.
The PTB 311E „3-in-1“ tablet hardness testing instrument is doubtless one of the most popular instruments for measuring thickness up to 15mm, diameter (or Length) up to 40mm (optional 70 mm), and hardness up to 300N (optional up to 500N). The PTB 311E is designed in compliance with the USP <1217> and EP <2.9.8> monographs. The actual design includes the possibility to enter a product code and and a date and ttime stamp onto each protocol.
The PTB 302 is manufactured and supplied with an inox housing and built-in thermo-printer and is therefore ideally suited to a production environment. It is designed in compliace to the USP <1217> and EP <2.9.8> monographs.
PT-MT3 magnetic test tablet, is the sucsessor of the PT-MT2 used to qualify and calibrate correct hardness detection and force/speed increase rate of most tablet hardness testing instruments.
